Hopefully, you have already been tending to your self-care.
If not, it is time to start.
We all need strength; at times in our life, we need it more than others.
I have tagged it your S.E.P.Strength
Spiritual - Emotional - Physical
Spiritual - Meditation, prayer, mindfulness, and gratitude.
Emotional - Learning to control our emotions. Meditation helps this. Learn to concentrate on your breath. Being in control of your feelings leads to being more peaceful.
Physical - being active, eating right, getting your sleep, and staying hydrated.
Together they all assist in being healthy and strong.
