Hopefully, you have already been tending to your self-care.
If not, it is time to start.
We all need strength; at times in our life, we need it more than others.
I have tagged it your S.E.P.Strength
Spiritual - Emotional - Physical
Spiritual - Meditation, prayer, mindfulness, and gratitude.
Emotional - Learning to control our emotions. Meditation helps this. Learn to concentrate on your breath. Being in control of your feelings leads to being more peaceful.
Physical - being active, eating right, getting your sleep, and staying hydrated.
Together they all assist in being healthy and strong.

Be sure you value yourself. Learn to put yourself first.
You can't give out what you don't have—referencing my suggestion to volunteer. I consider this a form of filling your cup.

I know this to be true from personal experience.
