2020, well let's not look back. It's now 2021, time to make the decision to change your eating habits and make an exercise plan for yourself with me and I'll keep you accountable. If I can do it so can you. I started my own health journey 12 years ago when I was 43. The best thing ever did for. It's helpful to have an accountability partner. We all need a little motivation boost once in awhile. It's important to stay on track and even more important to get back on track if you happen to fall off. I've been there many times in the last 12 years. I've just learned to re-focus. I've learned to not be too hard on myself. Life happens. It's about how you pick yourself up again. Our over all health impacts our emotional state and our emotional state impacts our life entirely.
